赤ニキビ 白ニキビ
赤ニキビと白ニキビという状態があります。最初は白ニキビという状態から始まり、それが悪化すると参加した黒ニキビという状態になります。そしてさらに悪化して炎症を起こすと、赤ニキビという状態になるのだそうです。白ニキビの段階で上手に治してあげるのが一番です。ケミカルピーリングなどの治療法があります。
