白ニキビを治療するには早期治療が大切なのだそうです。白ニキビの状態から悪化してしまうと、酸化した黒にきびと呼ばれる状態になり、さらに炎症を起こすと赤ニキビとよばれる状態になります。毛穴の中のアクネ菌や脂肪酸の増殖がニキビの原因ですから、清潔にすること、そして皮膚科などで抗生剤を処方してもらうと効果的かもしれません。
