三洋電機 太陽電池
三洋電機の太陽電池はHIT（ヒット）太陽電池セルというもので、結晶シリコン系で世界最高水準の変換効率を誇っているのだそうです。その数値は22％。薄膜型太陽電地が10％程度であることを考えるとかなり高い変換効率ですね。長期的な目標として、三洋電機では世界シェア10％を目指しているのだそうです。
